Taking Your Subaru to Sequoia National Park

Getting Started

Since Sequoia National Park is a little under five hours away from San Bernardino, it’s imperative that you complete a few tasks to ensure your drive goes off without a hitch. For starters, you’ll want to spring for a first aid kit, since you’ll be in a secluded area for an extended period of time. Next, it’s important to plan your route ahead of time, so you can stop by gas stations on the way. This is because once you enter the park, you won’t have any ability to refuel. It’s critical to understand that the 2024 edition has a 227-mile driving range1, which won’t get you all the way to the destination, since the park is approximately 265 miles from San Bernardino. Accessories

Enjoying your time spent at Sequoia National Park is the whole reason you’re heading there in the first place.
